Dear customers, we hope you are all faring well during this crisis time! We are currently experiencing delays due to the COVID19 pandemic. We just want to assure everyone who has ordered and are waiting for their order, to be patient and that they will be delivered as soon as possible. During this time the operations of our international shipping partners, as well as your national post, may be staggered due to the procedures and precautions that have been put in place in order to ensure the safety of all employees and recipients. As a result logistics systems are overloaded which sometimes impacts the delivery time. We are noticing that the local couriers in the US, UK, Germany, Italy (USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, Poste italiane) and other countries are most likely understaffed and experiencing significant delays. Below you can find a table of current shipping estimates individually for each product. Please be assured once your order has been dispatched it will arrive even if the delivery time may on the occasion be outside of the provided estimates. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for any additional information regarding your order status or shipping procedures. Our team would be more than happy to help and we hope you all stay safe during this time of distress.

Christmas Deliveries:

Please note, if you placed the order after 10/12/2020 we can not guarantee it will definitely arrive by Christmas, although we hope most of the orders placed before 16/12/2020 would still reach their recipients before Christmas in line with our shipping schedule.



Our suppliers and warehouses are situated in China and we use YunExpress Priority shipping method for most products and countries. 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

Time frame for order delivery:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed Monday to Saturday within 24 hours after the order is placed. If for any reason you need to cancel your order or amend order details you can do it within 10 minutes of placing the order using the links on the "Thank You" page or via order confirmation email which will be sent to you immediately after purchase.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first. If you buy several different products, they might be dispatched from different warehouses and will arrive separately and at different time.

If you have not received your order within the maximum of 30 days from the day of purchase please contact us for further help at

If you provided us with incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the product has been sent back to us, we will arrange re-delivery to your preferred address upon your instruction, once the shipping and handling fee of £8.99 is covered by you here: Shipping & Handling Fee

Please note, this is your responsibility as a customer to track your order or reach out to our support team if there are any issues with the tracking. If the postman missed you at the address, they will not always leave a calling card. This has been very common during these times due to staff shortage and increase volume of work load for local postmen. If delivery failed the order will be sent to your local delivery office where it will be commonly held for the period of 18 days. During this time you will have to re-arrange delivery or collect your order in person. If the product is sent back to us after 18 days as it was not rearranged for delivery or collected, then Shipping & Handling Fee is also payable for the re-delivery by us.
